The Washington State High School Ethics Bowl is run by PLATO and the University of Washington. For more information about Ethics Bowls, see here. Judges for the Washington State High School Ethics Bowl are drawn from the local legal, education, and philosophical communities.

The 2021–2022 Washington State High School Ethics Bowl program is a more flexible program than in the past. Schools can register and begin practices at any point in the year. Once a school is registered and has begun practices, schools can arrange scrimmages, if wished, by reaching out to other schools directly or contacting PLATO. Scrimmages can be online or in person, depending on the teams’ preferences and the Covid situation at the time.

Depending on the Covid situation, we hope to hold a traditional, in-person, scored event on Saturday April 2, 2022.
